For digital content and services:

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase
  • If you have already accessed or downloaded the content, you may lose your right to cancel
  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Subscription Services

For subscription services:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months
  • You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting our support team
